Our Services

Support that fits the person.

Two core supports, one goal: a good life. Terama provides supported employment and supported accommodation for people with disability across the NSW Central Coast — with NDIS participants welcome.

01

Supported Employment

Work changes everything — confidence, routine, friendship, income. At Terama, people with disability do real, paid work in a workplace designed around support, not pressure.

Our crews take on genuine contracts for local businesses: packaging and assembly, labelling, mail-outs, grounds maintenance and light manufacturing. Every worker has an individual plan, on-the-job training, and support workers who know them by name.

Quality-controlled contract work for Central Coast businesses, completed by our supported crews to a standard our customers come back for.
Grounds & maintenance
Outdoor crews keeping local grounds, gardens and community spaces looking their best — fresh air, teamwork and visible results.
Training & pathways
From first-day basics to new skills and tickets, we help each worker grow — including school leavers planning their first steps into employment.
02

Supported Accommodation

Everyone deserves a front door they're proud to open. Terama's supported accommodation provides safe, stable and welcoming homes for people with disability on the Central Coast.

Residents are supported with daily living — meals, routines, appointments and community outings — while building skills and independence at their own pace. It's not a facility. It's home.
