Everyone deserves the pride of a job well done. Our supported employment program gives people with disability real, paid work — in packaging, assembly, grounds maintenance and more — with training and support matched to each person's goals.

A home is more than a roof. Our supported accommodation offers safe, welcoming places to live, where residents are supported to build daily living skills, friendships and independence at their own pace.

Terama was founded by local families in 1965, and community remains at the heart of all we do. We partner with Central Coast businesses, volunteers and families so the people we support are connected — not on the margins.
